why we started

Our Story
I’m an electrical engineer. I work in construction - long days, dirty boots, and always chasing something to keep me going between tasks.
I never thought I liked jerky. Then one day I tried some and it was pretty good. I figured I could make it myself.
Turns out, I could. And it was better.
I started jerkin’ it at home - testing spices, turning up the heat, and building flavour profiles you don’t see in stores. No added rubbish. No cheap meat. Just grass-fed, hormone-free, halal Aussie beef, spiced to the edge of reason.
I pulled inspiration from my Middle-Eastern heritage, and we don’t do bland. You’ll taste it in the way we hit you with the combinations and twisted takes from around the world.
